- Administration: Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water or juice. Do not chew or crush the tablets. The tablets can be broken in half solely to make swallowing easier.
- Dietary & Food Interactions: For maximum absorption, take the tablet within 1.5 hours after a meal. Avoid taking these tablets within 2 hours of consuming foods high in oxalic or phytic acid (such as spinach, rhubarb, bran, and whole-grain cereals), as these compounds can inhibit your body’s ability to absorb calcium.

Common Drug Interactions
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking Accrete D3 if you are currently prescribed:

- Tetracycline Antibiotics or Bisphosphonates: Calcium reduces the absorption of these medicines. Ensure a gap of at least 2 hours before or 4 to 6 hours after taking Accrete D3.
- Cardiac Glycosides (e.g., Digoxin): Elevated calcium levels can amplify the cardiac toxicity of these medications.
