Use

Always take this medication as described in this leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist.Do not exceed the recommended dose.The tablets should be taken approximately 1 hour before a meal with water, or even better with a glass of orange juice, as vitamin C increases iron absorption.Adults ( including the elderly) and children over 12 years old should take two tablets daily to prevent iron deficiency.To treat iron deficiency: Take four to six tablets daily in one dose.Children ( 6-12 years) should take one to two tablets daily to prevent iron deficiency. Iron .To treat iron deficiency: Three tablets daily in divided doses.Children under the age of 6 should NOT take this medication.Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken, or plan to take any other medicines, including over-the-counter medicines, before using this product.
