Product Information

Peptac liquid relieves the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux, including heartburn, indigestion, esophageal discomfort, and stomach acidity.

Ingredients

Peptac Liquid Peppermint Original contains sodium alginate 250mg, sodium bicarbonate 133.5mg and calcium carbonate 80mg per 5ml

Usage

Peptac is suitable for adults and children over the age of six. Do not give to children younger than six years old. It is also suitable for treating heartburn and indigestion symptoms during pregnancy.

The recommended dose for adults and children over the age of 12 is two – four spoonfuls. You can use a teaspoon (5ml) to measure the dose.

For children aged 6 to 12, the recommended dose is one-two teaspoons.

Take the liquid by mouth, directly after meals and just before bedtime. Do not take more than 4 doses per day.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Goods can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

If you have changed your mind and want to return items, please contact us via eBay message and we will advise you on the returns process.

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, we will offer a replacement or a refund, if the items are returned to us within 30 days of receiving. 

Returns are available only for unopened products that are in their original state. Products that are opened or used will not be refunded.

Cancellations / Non-faulty returns

If you change your mind, and wish to return your order, you must do so within 30 calendar days of the date of delivery. Unwanted returns are not accepted after this period.

To qualify for a refund, unwanted products must be:

·      unopened

·      in an “as new” condition

·      unused, without installation or data input

·      in the same condition as supplied to you

·      complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it 

·      with the original box and unopened packaging

Unwanted products cannot be accepted after 30 days if any of the above criteria are not met.

The right of cancellation does not apply in the following circumstances:

·      When the product seal has been broken on any sealed products

·      On any personal hygiene products such as makeup, hair care products

·      On skincare, where the seal on the packaging is broken
