All orders are dispatched the same day if you order by 12:00pm on weekdays.
If you order after 12:00pm it will be dispatched the next working day.
We offer free shipping on all UK deliveries.

PLEASE BE AWARE – once the item has been dispatched it is in the care of Royal Mail, therefore any issues with their service (such as delays or redelivery) are their responsibility and beyond our control. Please make sure you have the correct address in your profile. Shipping address cannot be changed after order is dispatched.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Goods can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
If you have changed your mind and want to return items, please contact us via eBay message and we will advise you on the returns process.
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, we will offer a replacement or a refund, if the items are returned to us within 30 days of receiving.
Returns are available only for unopened products that are in their original state. Products that are opened or used will not be refunded.
Cancellations / Non-faulty returns
If you change your mind, and wish to return your order, you must do so within 30 calendar days of the date of delivery. Unwanted returns are not accepted after this period.
To qualify for a refund, unwanted products must be:
· unopened
· in an “as new” condition
· unused, without installation or data input
· in the same condition as supplied to you
· complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it
· with the original box and unopened packaging
Unwanted products cannot be accepted after 30 days if any of the above criteria are not met.
The right of cancellation does not apply in the following circumstances:
· When the product seal has been broken on any sealed products
· On any personal hygiene products such as makeup, hair care products
· On skincare, where the seal on the packaging is broken

PAYMENTS
We currently only accept PayPal.
Payments must be made before we ship the order. Any refunds will be issued back into your PayPal account.
