NeilMed Sinus Rinse starter kit is an easy squeeze bottle system that allows you to deliver the saline solution with positive pressure to clean the nasal passages thoroughly, while maintaining your head in an upright position. You have complete control of the pressure and volume of solution, ensuring a gentle, soothing and therapeutic experience. Daily rinsing is safe and will keep your nasal passages clean, healthy and open.

Ingredients

USP Grade (99.9% Pure) Sodium Chloride and Sodium Bicarbonate mixture.

Usage

The easy squeeze bottle provides a smooth flow of solution that thoroughly cleans the nasal passages, beyond what can be achieved by saline nasal spray. The patented mixture sachets contain ingredients with the precise concentration that makes a soothing, therapeutic nasal rinse solution, eliminating all guesswork when making homemade solutions. For maximum relief rinse twice a day.

Warnings

Do not use the rinse if nasal passage is completely blocked or if you have an ear infection or blocked ears or if you have had ear surgery. Do not use boiling water. Rinsing your nasal passages with only plain water will result in a severe burning sensation. Please rinse one hour prior to bedtime, in order to prevent any residual solution dripping in the throat.

All orders are dispatched the same day if you order by 12:00pm on weekdays. 
If you order after 12:00pm it will be dispatched the next working day.

We offer free shipping on all UK deliveries.

Please make sure you have the correct address in your profile. Shipping address cannot be changed after order is dispatched.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Goods can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

If you have changed your mind and want to return items, please contact us via eBay message and we will advise you on the returns process.

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, we will offer a replacement or a refund, if the items are returned to us within 30 days of receiving. 

Returns are available only for unopened products that are in their original state. Products that are opened or used will not be refunded.

Cancellations / Non-faulty returns

If you change your mind, and wish to return your order, you must do so within 30 calendar days of the date of delivery. Unwanted returns are not accepted after this period.

To qualify for a refund, unwanted products must be:

·      unopened

·      in an “as new” condition

·      unused, without installation or data input

·      in the same condition as supplied to you

·      complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it 

·      with the original box and unopened packaging

Unwanted products cannot be accepted after 30 days if any of the above criteria are not met.

The right of cancellation does not apply in the following circumstances:

·      When the product seal has been broken on any sealed products

·      On any personal hygiene products such as makeup, hair care products

·      On skincare, where the seal on the packaging is broken
